Our Mission

• We assist and will continue to assist organisations to see the culture they actually run on and the architecture that expresses it. And to ebuild both, so the performance they want is the rational default rather than something willed into being.
• We work and will continue to work with our clients’ own people rather alongside them, so the thinking is already theirs by the time we step back.
• We hold and will continue to hold ourselves to the same standard. Our own decision rights, incentives and consequence pathways are designed on the principles we advise on, and in over thirty years, no advisor has left us for another firm. We take that as a very meaningful test of whether an architecture holds.
